ABOUT

I am a composer, artist and sounddesigner working in the intersection between sound art and performing arts, where I create concepts and compositions for theater-, dance- and participatory based performances. I have worked at venues such as Riksteatern, Radioteatern, Uppsala stadsteater, Dramaten, Weld, MDT, as well as working with my own art projects.

I mainly create electroacoustic music based on processed recordings of different sounds and instruments. My work often revolves around my interest in the collective process and in the role of the audience in the artistic experience.

Lately my work has focused on pieces that are experienced through participation, such as GPS-triggered sound piece Vi går i våra spår (2023), the semi documentary participatory sound piece Uppsala - in loving memory (2020), the installation Laboratorium för levande rum (2023) and several works created together with performing arts group Johanssons pelargoner och dans, such as Koreografin (2016) and Jag tänker på dig (2022).

I graduated från Stockholm University of the Arts in 2013. For my work I have received long term grants and scholarships from Region Uppsala, Uppsala kommun, the Swedish Arts Grants Committee and the Swedish Arts Council.

I am always interested in new collaborations and context. Please contact me if you want to talk!
